The team will help provide further strength and expertise across our operations at the prestigious Latifa Hospital, as well as upcoming projects in the UAE.

Sameer Gandhi, General Manager Dubai Operations.

Sameer Gandhi as General Manager Dubai Operations. Mr Gandhi is an experienced Hotelier, and Healthcare Professional with a proven track record of building successful teams and creating award-winning programs for the hospitality, and healthcare industry including winning the Times Food Awards 2014 for ‘Best Food & Beverage Operation’ at Vivanta by Taj, New Delhi, apart from other esteemed projects in US, Africa and India.

Mr Ghandhi was recently promoted from Deputy General Manager role at regional landmark Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where he was a significant contributor to FASSCO’s award-winning food service operations. Mr Gandhi brings his skills of being an excellent problem solver, business strategist and team developer. His passion and vision will help achieve FASSCO’s objective of being recognized as a truly integrated and collaborative ‘Catering and Nutrition Services Provider’ while maintaining highest quality and safety standards; and aligning with DHA’s Vision of delivering World Class experience and enhanced quality of service that is Refreshing, Rejuvenating, and Remembered.

Rami Aljbrail, Executive ChefRami Aljbrail, Executive Chef

Chef Rami Aljbrail has joined FASSCO as Executive Chef at Latifa Hospital. Chef Rami brings with him over 18 years of experience in Food & Beverage from Casual Dining to Upscale Silver Service Fine Dining. Chef Rami has been servicing prestigious establishments across the UAE and Syria.

Chef Rami’s passion and culinary expertise will help revolutionize the way patients, guests and caregivers’ meals are served in Healthcare, keeping in mind the highest standards of safety and quality while conforming to all dietary and nutritional requirements.

Balakrishnan Alagarsamy, Senior Accountant

Balakrishnan Alagarsamy as Senior Accountant. Mr Alagarsamy is a post graduate in Financial Management and is in charge of Accounts & Finance of the Food operations at the Latifa Hospital.

He has rich experience consisting of over 8 years in India & Seychelles. He also has a keen interest in outdoor sports like Cricket and Football.

Praveen Adhikarimadam, HR Executive

Praveen Adhikarimadam is the FASSCO Dubai Operations HR Executive. Mr Adhikarimadam is responsible for sourcing and efficiently recruiting self-motivated and energetic staff and managing their seamless induction into FASSCO’s operations.

He is also diligent about inventive strategies for recruitment and, training and development of caregivers ensuring it all adds value to the Food Services Operation. In addition, Praveen is the champion for maintenance of all Employee records and processing the payroll.
